The FirstMed Industrial Clinic (formerly known as Salt Lake Industrial Clinic) was established in 1971 by a group of emergency medicine physicians. In October of 2001 FirstMed purchased that clinic as well as three additional facilities in Salt Lake County and one clinic in Davis County.
